                 98.03.21 星期六(晚) 我在皇宮做奴婢

                 參觀完軍艦展才不過4點鐘,離吃飯時間還早

                 說實在的從早上混到現在也累了~

                 滿想趕快回家好好休息一下咧!

                 想了想~決定到仁愛市場買鹹粥的材料

                 睡了個大頭覺再起來大顯身手囉!

                  菜販給了我一個裂開的菜頭,還誆我這樣熟透才好吃哩!

                  沒想到切開以後還真是熟到爛透了咧!

                  就這樣東切西切就切掉1/3了~~

                  所幸還不到*碰心*的地步就將就一下囉!  

         

                                          菜頭絲切了好久才好,站得腳酸死了哩!

                                          不過好像切的太粗了一點厚?!

         

                                      先把蔥丟下去爆香

                                      再放金鉤蝦攪拌

                                      然後放切絲的香菇  

                                      再加入瘦肉絲拌炒

                                      菜頭絲這時後可以放下來囉 

                                     米是最後放的喔!

                                      接著放少許的鹽巴和雞精粉

                                      以上的順序全靠我自己的想像囉~~ 

                                      最最最重要的關鍵是這時候要淋上適量的醬油再拌炒均勻喔!

                                      這是婆婆秘授的撇步喔~

                                      這樣煮出來的鹹粥才會香,色澤才不會*白漆無色*

                                      ~就是死白的意思啦!

                                      再來就是把水加滿到煮透為止囉!

                                      濃稠就看各家口感啦!                                                                   

                         

                                              客倌們~~菜頭鹹粥上桌啦 !

                                              因為挑食3人組不愛蔥花與香菜

                                              視覺上少了點變化  

                                              但是只要再摻點胡椒粉就很好吃囉!

                                                                                                                                            
                                                 這是我第一次嘗試喔!

                                                 呵!呵!簡直就是婆婆的味道嘛! 

                                                 看看金牛捧場的吃了一碗公

                                                 就知道今天整個菜頭鹹粥大成功喔~~                                                  

                                
       

                                         再配上總共100元的小菜

                                         這一頓晚餐便宜健康又有媽媽的愛

                                         嗯~~這一整天下來就是*幸福*兩個字而已啊!
